hey uin how do you make the curved bit that is on the end of the plunger just behind the washer that is the part that the pin passes to stop the plunger?
@TheMillertime99 because he has fun and find enjoyment in makeing them. Also because he can shoot people at nerf wars and he wont kill them, so he can legally own it without a permit. He also wont be arrested for running around with it outside.

Looks like there is still quite a bit of friction. I would try having a 1" piece of pvc over the rear of the Plunger rod. You then use a 1 1/4" hole saw to and cut the circle out of 1/2" polycarb. This goes in front of the PVC and your bars connecting from the pump grip screw into this. Plus no cutting slots in your cpvc!
@FanhelmetIndustries First off it's called a boogie board shirt because it was made so that when you're bodyboarding or boogie boarding your skin doesnt get irritated from rubbing up against the board, wax, or sand. Also he's actually just wearing a underarmor T shirt.....

@uin13: pump the blaster as you tilt it. It will increase your ROF, and it will prevent the blaster from vacuuming the dart back out of the barrel.
