counting crows are simply amazing. everything i feel, adam can put into words and sing. forever my favorite band.<3 and by the way, they are the most amazing band ive seen live. the band is so on key with adam. he usually sings his songs in different version in his live shows, and his band is always perfect with his twists on the music. they are true artists, performers, and role models. <3

No matter how much I love this version, I think I'll stick with the original. For me this songs needs that little rock 'n roll edge that this version misses.

@Kimifreak18 Agree Kim...saw them with my kids with LiVe...they opened with this after we were exhausted after LiVe....needless to say they rocked Angels out and we were back on our feet again!

@jjjj6767 Two different experiences. While I think they are a fantastic live show, especially for their longtime fans, I agree that Angels is a rock and roll tune and should stay that way.

Counting Crows has performed with Blof from the Netherlands, but I know another Dutch band who have song a Counting Crows song as well. Look for nick and simon - angels of the silences here on youtube. They are great!

i feel like that is true for a lot of their songs... the acoustic stuff sounds so much better.. its also easier to hear and comprehend the lyrics in the acoustic versions, which is a plus
