do you mean the research camera you get later on in the game?, if so no im afraid it stays the same throughout the game but you get plenty of film to take pictures.

besides you and the splicers, will you be meeting ANY human beings at all through out the game?

you meet other key character who haven't been changed into splicers through the overuse of plasmids. mostly through voice recording but you do meet characters such as andrew ryan and Tenenbaum.

the plasmid is in a room were at the back there is a long room with like glass paneling. inside there are trophies and such. if you press the button on the alter in front it starts the tennis ball machine throwing balls at you. right behind is a little sister machine with the plasmid. you know the room you need the plasmid for, well right behind is a window you can jump through, i think theres a turret in the room, get through there and i think you will find the glass room im talking about.
