don't know exactly, you will have to ask him.
he has a sampler on the left, a vocal mic that is distorted
and a trigger on the bass drum and live drumming all mixed up

Not a sampler, a line 6 loop delay. He sings a loop right before the song, the line 6 can reverse it and double time, but it has no stored memory past the current loop. That and a triggered oscillator on the bass drum. plus distortion. lots.
