yea when we at jetblue have a delay it most of the time have to do with safety because the first thing in the five values at jetblue is safety. so if we have to delay a flight to make sure the passengers and crew are safe then so be it. because at the end of the day they will thank us when they walk off that airplane and walk over to there family safe and sound. to me its better late than never.

ive done jetblue jfk-clt for something at church- it was ok---we were delayed 3 hours- but going back to jfk was nice
