  • Wonder if the alphorn was a prequel to the trombone. There's a similar sound there to my ears..

  • @xpaddy01 Prequel should have read precursor.

  • @xpaddy01 It's probably close to twice the length of a trombone when unwrapped, and then played in the high registers like a french horn, which is why she's able to get more chromatic notes since the partials are closer together.
