  • Excellent video..thank you so much.

  • NIce!

  • Statin drugs can help rob the people taking them of the "energy currency" their cells use, and an important antioxidant that fights free radical damage to the mitochondria in our cells, all while not even being necessary to 99% of the people taking them. Sounds like Big Pharma working hard at insuring future "job security" again...

  • Which is better CO Q10 or Ubuquinol for over people over 50 I am not clear . What do you take everyday COQ10 or Ubuquinol?

Your vitamins do not have USP Seal. Also your Co Q10 is 100 Mil. I would like to start at 30-50Mil to start. I have read some people get higher pulse rate with 100 Mil.

    ...................

The salt lamps you sell are interesting on your web site I may buy one of them.

  • @JaneRoth Ubiquinol is what you need after 50

  • @JaneRoth Ubiquinol for anyone past ~45.

  • @JaneRoth So you know Coq10 is also called Ubiquinol the thing is Ubiquinone is a stronger verson and is stable in a liquid form. Ubiquinol is a derived form of ubiquinone. meaning not as strong. Though in pill form for a person over 40 is great Ubiquinone is much better for you especially if your count is low or if you're sick. There is a liquid from Qunol.

  • People who are taking blood thinners have to be careful taking coQ10. Here is a good article that you could check out my twitter page at podcastbard for the link because we cannot post links here on YouTube.

  • the color of the CoQ10 i take is forest green...now i'm confused. I was also told after the fact that i should only take 30-50 mg of CoQ10, but i had already purchased a couple of bottles of 100mg which is all the pharmacy offered. It'd be nice if all this stuff was a lot simpler. I'm just going to paint the gelcap yellowish-white and cut it in half and save the other half for later =)

  • I miss these informative videos!

  • if your 21, should you be taking coq10?

  • I imagine it's beneficial at all ages, though probably moreso to those later in life. Then again, prevention's easier than cure in many cases.

  • love mercola linda

  • Not specifically, but I've taken some herbal formulas similar to his, looks like he has some good products, thanks.

  • The real factor, of which anti-oxidants are only a lesser facet has to do with energy strength, or the strength of you EM fields and overall, for lack of a better word, voltage or chi strength. When the energy in your cells is strong, abundant, pure and flowing correctly throughout the body, health and longevity will result. When it's not, sickness sets in over time. Anti-oxidants are working precisely because of electrons or "energy". Chi is strongly related to Ionic (negative) energy.

  • You look great Dr. Mercola!

  • Greetings dear Dr. Mercola,

as the death toll raises from people that eat genetic manipulated food, I would like to ask you if you could post in your next clip why genetic manipulated food damages our organs and how we can prevent or revert that. Thank you sir.

  • Dr. Mercola, you are such an inspiration! When I graduate medical school I hope to follow your lead.

  • What are some natural sources of this antioxidant substance?

  • I think my moms doctor wanted to put her on a statin for her excesively high triglicerides. Would CoQ10 help lower triglicerides?

  • BIG SECRET... eat all sorts or nasty vegatables and fruits and you live long, japanese eat alot of seafood and drink tea. seriously folks, this is not rocket science.

  • @12GaugeLosAngeles

then again medicine has the knowledge of keep diabetics alive, and remove may types of cancer, so I would say, yea natural stuff its good, science has other good unnatural things to offer if you are such creature smart enough to discover them.

  • @12GaugeLosAngeles

Yes the general rule of thumb is if it's tastes horrid then it's really good for you. If you enjoy it too much then it's bad for you. Isn't nature grand.

  • @lsl70 I'm sorry, but I have to completely disagree. Healthy food can taste delicious if it is well prepared. Organic, locally grown fruits & veggies taste delicious (much, much better than conventionally grown fruits & veggies). I actually really like to cook, so if you season things properly (fresh herbs and spices are really good for you and can really enhance flavor) healthy dishes can taste delicious. I think it's McDonald's and the overly sweet, processed food that's nasty.

  • @12GaugeLosAngeles Metabolic Typing

  • Any opinions on Dr Sebi, Doc?

  • I have two stents. Should I go off the statin? Cholestrol level is otherwise normal.

  • yes, definitely stop statins and take coq10

  • Thank you.

The experience with the heart attacks and my research and experience afterwards, in my case, disproved at least two golden assumptions. When many doctors tell folks that grinding stress has nothing to do with it, do your own research and think for yourself. Emotional well-being has much to do with one's general health.

BTW, my cholestrol numbers were very low prior to the second attack. They have been normal for years, and so far so good.

  • InTheSticks1881, I heard slightly high cholesterol is actually ok. I also heard low cholesterol is bad.

  • @InTheSticks1881 Your on cholesterol meds?

  • InTheSticks1881, I would recommend getting a few opinions on that and on how you should stop taking the statin.

  • Years ago I was considered to have Rapidly Progressing Heart Disease. Namely. one heart attack after another and at an early age. This period occurred and then suddenly ended.

You'd be surprised at what the average cardiologist really knows. I only found one that did understand and had what has proven to be so far, the correct medicine.

  • @InTheSticks1881 And what was that correct medicine if you don't mind sharing.

  • Among the usual recommendations, she insisted that I quit my job immediately. This internist saw many early heart attacks in folks in my line of work.. Of the many cardiologists seen, all believed that a highly stressful job had nothing to do with the condition.

I miss that job and had to take a vow of poverty upon leaving, yet it was indeed very stressful. For several years I was undecided and wanted to believe the conventional wisdom and consensus, and ignored my hunch. I was lucky.

  • Thank you Dr Mercola !! you explain well
