I think Bill said once or twice that this was playback. Not because he didn't want to play it live but because it was too dangerous to do it. Well, even with playback and instruments turned off it was still a bit dangerous, they still could got electrocuted or something, because of earpieces. And yeah, Tom said that it was hard to play with all this water around, but come on, even with playback he still had to pretend he play! :)

my god, this band is just awful. The guitar player looks like he missed the late 90's with the nu-metal scene, the lead singer looks like he's going through a sex change, and the drummer looks like a bored skater or something.

haha it takes 7 seconds for bill's gravity defying hair to deflate lol. this was epic i so wish i could have been there. gustav was kickin the sh*t outta the drums and tom doesnt even look wet...weird haha

I don't think it is playback. After the water started coming down, if you pay attention you can tell that Bill starts rushing it slightly. He's not staying with Gustav because water got in his earpiece (you can see him messing with it) and he couldn't hear the rest of the band.  If it was playback, he would have stayed with the beat. As far as Tom & Georg, I suppose they could be playback but Tom said that it was hard to play because the strings were slippery when wet.

@heartcore111 I'm not sure whether it is playback or not either. Bill tends to move a lot more when it's playback which he does here. He puts a lot of effort into compared to his live videos. Listening to his voice in this compared to the recent videos around this time, it sounds like it's pre-recorded. Live besides like once he never does "HEY" definitely not twice. I'm not saying your wrong, I just think it's playback. Judging his movements and the water, his voice should tremble some at least

@tear483 Tom and Georg didn't get electrecuted because they weren't plugged in. The only live performance here was Gustav on drums. Everything else was recorded. Not dissing them for it, it's a great song and performance, just not sung or played live (minus gustav)

The vocals sounded different than the recorded version. Didn't sound like playback to me. Bill has said in interviews that they were basically just crossing their fingers that noone got electorcuted.
