This is most likely a glitch or fake. I don't judge, i have sent jagex a message asking, and have gotten this reply:

We understand that the drops of Godswords, Dragon Full Helmets, and many other generally expensive items happen. These drops are, however, fake. The most expensive items you are able to receive as drops from PvP worlds are the new armour; Zuriel, Statius, Morrigan, and Vesta.
