it's really easy.. grab a bunch of friends and let them do the round whilst you camp and stay in a hiding spot and not kill anything

Yes, you just kill those new creatures that fly (forget what they're called). You must kill 10. Also, there's another achievement for not killing any of them for 20G. It counts throughout the whole game so you don't have to do it at a certain part.
