For the people thinking that because he launched it from the game menu it's not a fake: It's easy to code simple homebrew that's only showing a video after startup. Then you insert a GTA IV images into eboot.pbp, so after You select it from game menu You see them. To code something like this (assuming You never programmed before) You need only a max. week or two to learn everything. (I coded nice calculator for PSP four days after I found out that making programs for PSP is possible).
