I have to wear my fiance's shorts when I do the joggin, because it doesn't work when I put in in my hand or in my pocket because it's always falling out. And when I'm running normal speed it makes my character sooo freakin slow.

But I did lose 30 pounds on the Wii Fit so I shouldn't be complaining :P

@nataliawasilewska97 You lose calories by eating, in fact there are some foods that are called zero calorie foods because you lose just as much calories eating them than what it provides for you, such as celery. So definitely you'll lose calories on this program.

This exercise is awesome, especially on island lap or whatever the longest distance is called.

It tends to work much better though if you put the wiimote in you back pocket though rather than your side pocket.
