1) He slid, didn't get ball and made contact with Grosso, which is the way i see it. If this is the case whether Grosso goes down or not its defined a foul.

2) Grosso ran into him, which I can understand what you are saying since Grosso was on a clear path on goal. But even if that's the case, Kneel is still committing an obstruction foul.... you aren't allowed to hinder a players path to goal with your body unless you are on your feet
