  • Sago bu ne pişmaniyemi? :)

  • glutinous rice flour, corn syrup, and what kind of ground nuts?

  • @vmp98765 you use peanuts if that's the filling you are talking about.

  • Is it Corn Syrup alone? Do I need to add vinegar? Thanks

  • @cookieinchurch yea but only a little bit

  • I made some of this and it looks like his but it just turns into a hard taffy like mess when chewed. I thought it was supposed to dissolve in your mouth?

  • @SumiSushiHAI corn flour is the way to go, but experiment with other flour to see if it works better

  • Corn syrup, ground nuts...but I've yet to get a definitive answer on the anti-stick agent: corn flour? rice flour? corn starch? powdered sugar? It's not just -flour- is it?

  • @SumoSushiHAI It's glutinious rice flour. Try to find some in an asian shop ^^.

  • @AlexSterring Niiiiice. Thanks!

  • why is it called dragon beard candy

  • Because the strands of candy have the look and feel of a beard, the chinese Dragons also have a beard. The Dragon represents the king of china and since this candy was previously only available to the king, the name had to be grand and fit for a king.
