This advert was filmed in 1968 on the now defunct Basingstoke - Alton light railway. It was intact filmed after the line was closed to passenger/freight traffic and shortly before the track was removed for good. Not only is this a classic advert, but also a piece of history for Hampshire!
my dad was a train driver and worked on the basingstoke railway line and was the driver of this train for the milk tray advert !!
