  • He's right. I tend to follow the ATK recipes fairly closely because they take the time to explain the problems they ran into as well as their solutions. I am usually successful when I do. I love their no-ad approach. (I do find this interviewer to be a strange choice. She's so grating and intrusive, even ungracious.)

  • yeah, it astounds me how some people get the jobs they do. this chick probably makes a pretty good amount of money and she sounds like Helen Keller.

  • Is she high or something?

  • I think I'd kill myself if I was in the same room with this woman for more than three minutes.

  • Interesting. I agree, interviewer was a bit grating. You could almost see that Chris really wanted to be somewhere else.

  • Love Chris, hate the interviewer. ATK is a fantastic show!

  • Wow. It would be great if this interview knew ANYTHING about the show! "America's Public Television?" WTF?!?!

  • 5 Stars for Christopher Kimball and the info he supplies in the interview. 2 Stars for the production of the interview and the interviewer.

  • I am an engineer and agree with Chris 100%, I like his approach to cooking and experimenting like in a DoE. The why's are the secret behind being a better cook.
