So very pretty! These are great tips. Girls, ladies, guys, check out my channel for my anti aging skin care secrets. I'll be 56 in April and no one believes me. I started them in high school. Remember, good make up looks good on great skin. My 20 year old son told me I have to put my secrets out there because no one he knows believes my age, the tips are very inexpensive as well. I use a burgundy eyeshadow from Mac called Sketch to fill in my brows... it works really well

I hope this question isn't too stupid, but I've seen a lot of gurus on youtube put an eyeshadow shade that's the same/similar to their skin tone before they do anything else. Is it an aid in blending or what?

@heyxbby It does help with blending. I also do it when I'm using a stickier base. Urban Decay's Primer Potion really grabs onto shadows which is not something you want when you're going for a softer look.

@MissJLuxe I honestly don't remember the name of the color. It's a textured paint (its' finish is similar to sand paper if that helps) and I think it came from Lowe's.
