Convert 2D Objects to 3D Objects — AutoCAD 2011

I'm using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 and I don't have the tabs at the top you have. Like, I don't even have the "solid" tab

if you cant find the tabs right clikc on the tool bar and and got to show taps there you will find solids enbale it

thats autocad 2010 isnt it? autocad 2011 seems way more complicated than 2010. ill prefer staying with 2010 than 11.

when i try to extrude my 2d lines only the vertical extrusion is solid. The center of my object is not. I changed me visual style to conceptual but nothing changed. how do i get the center of my object to be solid as well?

@dsauce01 make sure only the centre circle is highlighted before you extrude. once only the inner circle is highlighted (the inside of the cup) then start the extrusion.
