Is EX Psycho Crusher a particularly good tool for this match up?

isn't EX the only version of psycho crusher that will pass through your opp? That would cause Blanka to lose his charge, plus putting him far away so Blanka has no way to immediately retaliate. That's my guess at least. He was definitely using it for more than just wakeup though.

Yeah, I only use it to escape corner traps, because it has good invincibility and 2 'points' of armour, but maybe I should use it more as I would a SRK. I think all normal version of Psycho Crusher will pass through your opponent, but only if you start the PC really close to them.

But it makes sense, I can just throw out EX PC for free and Blanka can't do anything about it. Maybe df + fierce though?
