@rosar2698 Willy Wonka was angry because both Charlie and Grandpa Joe drank some of the Fizzy Lifting drinks and the reason he changed him mind was because, out of all the five kids, Charlie was the only nicest one to hand an Everlasting Gobstopper to Willy Wonka where Willy Wonka felt in his heart how nice Charlie was so he decided to ignore the rules that Charlie and Grandpa Joe broke and claim Charlie as a winner.
