I'm not sure if this is what you mean when you say: "a function of the amount of atheists in the world" But I think that where the number of atheists is large the amount of intelligent atheists go down. In Holland where I'm from I would say that there are relatively more intelligent theists than atheists.

and 3:41: "too lazy to think"

You were correct I mean't that the more atheists there are the less intelligent the average becomes. An inverse relationship.
