  • Your 3 Step Level Bridge form looks good, but you need to work more on Som Bo Gin, and Chi Kung like Dip Gwut Gung, and Sup Baat Um Gen Sau, to help you with your shock power development, positioning, root, and centering. Your tequniques look good, but they don't possess the shock power, that this system, and other Hakka systems are famous for, other then that very good performance.
