  • sherk is one of the best lw in the word. Great grappling, takedowns and boxing... and he got some nasty legkicks too.

  • as fit as the guy is...he knew what he was putting in his body...he KNOWINGLY put it in his body..probably been doing it forever...now, all of a sudden I didn't know.

  • legal limit for the olympics is 2, sherk tested at 12. thats six time the allowed limit.
