  • Depending on you, it should take about $15,000. Maybe more or less, depending on you, and your instructor. I fly C172s. If you do it all in a 152 it might be cheaper. :) It took about a year and a half.

  • They are not happy until you are not happy, it sounds a lot like the FAA. I have a question. How long should it take to become a Private Pilot and get Instrument Ratings. How much should it cost? What a/c do you fly.

  • I'm taking my check ride in 4 days. I took my time and it's taken me about 8 months. I have a cousin that did it from start to finish in 18 days!!! crazy

    expect between $5000 - $8000
