When this was on I put the same clip on Vimeo because at the time it had higher bitrates and a week later they deleted my whole account (including wedding videos) which was nice...its 23 seconds that highlights a great moment and makes more people want to watch the show. Ah well go go youtube.

If I were to choose between launching the fleet into deep space and have the posibility (however remote) of being found and traced back to where they are, or to set the ships on a collision course with the sun destroying any and all evidence of its existence to anyone looking...... Yea im choosing the huge incinerator we have at the center of our solar system :)

Personally , I felt that frying the ships in the sun was kind of overdoing it, rather it would have been just as good if they had been sent out into space away from earth.

This scene was the best fraking scene from the series. I was crying to see Galactica go out. But a fitting end to a beautiful ship.
