Ok, I have seen to many people asking what is what.

Emergency 4 is a German produced game.

Atari har adopted this game and translated to english.

The title for the english version is 911 First Responders

The L.A Mod is a modification for the game.

The mod works in both versions of the game.

Additionally there is a version called Emergency 4 Deluxe which has some extra content and maps.

The deluxe version is only available in German.

Atari offeres it as a digital download.
