They have a great youth academy and they let there youth flow into the first team. look at the first eleven, almost all players from their youth academy. If you look at madrid, can't name anyone who plays in the first team except from casillas and granero who are actually kids from real.

But wilshere is amazing, and in my opinion is a better player than thiago, he has better technique and and control than thiago, thiago is better in front of goal and maybe has more fancy tricks, but wilshere has unbelievebly tight control and technique and plays much "sharper" than thiago. Dont get fooled by some slow motion clips of thiago doing skills at what, under 14s? + wilshere is a year younger
