I saw this in theaters when i was 8 and loved how it gave us a sneek preview of Super Mario Brothers 3 which was 2 months away and i was anticipating that game since i read about it in Nintendo Power magazine. Boy this movie sure helped me find the warp whistle.

also there are 2 whistles in the world 1, In the stage 3 duck the 2nd block & run forward to the secret door & the castle one i always use the 1st one before finish the world 2 to access the world 7 & the other one to the world 8 and finish it.
