@reeces um, doesn't everyone "lip sing" lol. I think what you meant is "lip syncing" where you play a pre recorded song and just move your lips to it without really singing it ? If thats what you mean, yes she is. The singer in every professional music video you've ever seen is lip syncing. That's how music videos are made. The studio recorded track is synced up to the video to provide the best possible sound, as well as consistency between the music video and the audio only version of the song
