  • disconect the front swaybar and it will articulate better and all four wheels will tuch the ground.

  • Pshh... i took a bone stock tj sahara edition like that one, had a 44 rear with a limited slip. made it up the first half of jack hammer no body damage. most people are surprised what you can do without lockers. mines got arb's front and rear inside ford 9 inches now. but. thats not the point. haha

  • Looks like the car is humping the ground

  • Time for lockers...

  • Hahahaha piece of shit.

  • ive blown driveshafts fifteen feet clear of my jeep doing that.

  • Im Guessing he didnt know he could backup?

  • lockers?? hahaha

  • If you don't have a locker just press the brake pedal a bit. You will slow down the free wheeling tire and force some power to the tire with traction.

Try it next time you are out on the trails. It works.

  • @187hoser

This guy knows what he's talking about. Look it up, extremely cheap and somewhat effective solution.

  • @187hoser That only works if the vehicle is equipped with a limited slip differential.

As for losing a driveline, it's poor design and the vehicle "over flexing" and making the driveshaft be at extreme angles that it wasn't meant to be at.

  • @silvertondevil It will work with any open diff. If you stop one wheel from turning the other side will turn twice as fast. If you hold back the spinning wheel then the power is forced to go to the other wheel with traction.

  • @187hoser are you serious, in a open diff, it doesnt matter how fast the tire spins, if one has traction, it will not spin. You can drag the brake all you want to, as soon as you let off of the brake, the one tire will spin and the other one will not. PERIOD. Its not forced, to the other side like a limited slip, it still spins the one side, hence, and open diff. The other wheel is just along for the ride.

  • @flecur08 You have no clue about how a differential works do you. If one wheel has traction as you say then the opposite wheel will go 2x as fast as the speedo says. So when you press the brakes and provide resistance to the free spinning wheel then some power has to go to the other wheel. If you have a limited slip diff then you do not need to do this if it is working. This trick is only needed for an open diff like the one on the Jeep.

    It works. PERIOD

  • To have a good, reliable jeep, you must first replace everything jeep :)

due i know i'm going to get a bunch of retarded whiney bitches saying that i don't know what i'm talking about, etc. I own a jeep.

  • @norcobigfootrider its not a jeep till you build the fuck out of it!

  • @fitbmxseries1 I'm still in the process of building the fuck out of mine lol.

  • @norcobigfootrider i dont think its possible to ever finish... a finished jeep is like a unicorn.

  • good old 3 wheel drive.

  • change the driver, and you can walk that rig through there.

Its no wonder he eventually broke a drive shaft. With lockers, driving like that, he'll be breaking axles too.

  • What the world needs now .... is locking diffs haha

  • yea wheel hop will get ya every time. i never let mine hop more than like 5 or 6 times....starts shakin' violently i back off :) cool jeep tho

  • This video should be called Why not to buy a jeep. Cos jeeps are for faggots

  • not all of us have all the money to buy lockers. . . gotta deal with what jeep gives us.

  • @LilXJhank ya shit haha you got to save money for all the crap you are going to break

  • Don't need lockers for that. He just picked the wrong line, should have been closer to the little tree on the passenger side and he would have walked right through that. I've wheeled harder areas like that with my YJ and open diffs.

Do a search for "YJ in washout" and the vid will come up...by jackrussellhonda

  • @wacey2002 - nicely said. :)

  • yea i got dodges "LIMITED SLIP" in my 2 door jk and it does the jerking thing... but to hell with it..... that is why i bought it with the lifetime powertrain warranty.... Tate Branch Dodge in artesia nm already replace the front 30 without any question.... so i say if you got the warranty DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT

  • i smashed my yoke on the cherokee grabbing second they are not strong enough

  • i bounce my nissan patrol like that, and pop the clutch but waaaay worse, iv never broken anything.

  • Why the fuck is he going so fast. Its not a 4 wheeler. Slow the fuck down and chose the best line for your vehicle, jackoff.

  • my z71 does this all the time

  • He first needs a bit of a lift and some tires just cause you have 4 wheel drive don't mean your jeep or truck can just go anywhere naw who am i kidding yes it does!!!

  • have you seen a jeep drive shaft i meen my sisters three year old could break them hahaha i gotta say thats about jeeps only flaw that and those cheap ass six bangers

  • @fastestrhythem the |6 jeep motor is bombproof

  • @CheesenCrackers69 i know there bomb proof but im just more of a v8 kinda guy

  • @fastestrhythem you are talking about the v6 right? not the straight six... i asume...

  • loose the sway bars!

  • The Jeep got happy so it decided to stop and hump the trail..... typical Jeep...lol

  • he might have done it in low range

  • what the hurry man, slow down...

  • he need to disconnect his swaybars

  • when your rig starts to hop like that...back off of it. It will snap a weak axle everytime.

  • Either a cat can hold that force, or you should notz use it for more, than beeing a gimnick for the city.

  • just like ur mom...

  • ...?

  • or the right line, or some suspension flex, or maybe just some experience. :)

  • lol all he needs is some locking diffs

  • yeah, we all need locking diffs. : )

  • @jataga1212 better: we dont need diffs

  • @the5445 or the cheap mans way, pull the e brake a little. works really well

  • Yeah....thats some nice driving....pppbt.

  • It looked like it has parkinsons disease

  • or maybe just teaching him how to drive..... cause my stock I4 SE with 31's can get over that. O||||O

  • or teaching him how to ram stuff and use 2nd gear

  • and maybe a smarter driver too

  • he got hydraulics in dat six -fo

  • the sway bar is still connected...ROOKIE....

  • haha, i laughed on the last part. so goofy

  • newb

  • barbies do drive jeeps.. and that musta been barbie drivin it because no man would drive it like that

  • My daughter has a jeep for her Barbie. Should have bought a Toyota.

  • Well if you buy a Toy that's the same age as that TJ you will end up with a POS with Independant suspenion, which is hardly a trail boss set up .

  • Gee ya really think you will end up with a POS with independant suspension? ...I mean next you're going to try and say that wrestling is a show and scripted just for entertainment ,and that a man can't actually be hit with a metal folding chair without a trip to the hospital .

  • Comment removed

  • it is called learn to go 4x4 when they start hoping stop and try again and thats how things break.

  • all he had to do was cut it wider and he would have made it...newbs

  • every axle breakin video is a jeep? looll wonder y?

  • because jeep uses cheap u-brackets to attach the drive shaft to the rear member. cheap...junk

  • o i c!~

  • @jataga1212 true dat they even snap on road on freeway or on anything else

  • because REAL 4 wheeling takes place in a Jeep.

  • not really. search for H2s.

  • yea i seen em all

  • @ShadowRejects I've never seen expedition or a rav4 break an axle either-- so they must have super strong axles.....right? you see jeeps break alot on youtube cause they're fun to watch and because their the most popular vehicle for people to take offroad

  • @ShadowRejects I've never seen expedition or a rav4 break an axle either-- so they must have super strong axles.....right? you see jeeps break alot on youtube cause they're fun to watch and because their the most popular vehicle for people to take offroad

  • @Xtremescootr I watched a Full Size bronco lose its drive shaft in front of me it was scary/

  • @ShadowRejects because more jeeps are taken offroad and abused more than any other car that has ever been produced?

  • That looked so funny at the end! I took my dodge durango to a place like this once, and it did awesome! I just stayed on the basic trails though.

  • true but for $20,000 more, Land Rovers should be. well that, a V8, better gearing, and technology doesn't hurt either.

  • all about preference, i hate jeeps because everyone has them, i hate land rovers because i can't afford them, that's why i drive a samurai......

  • Open diffs=FAIL.

  • oh my god dude your so lucky you didnt break nothing

  • Well, being a sahara he may have had a D44. that may have been what had saved him.

  • my sahara has a 35 stock

  • you can spend thousands and thousands trying to fix a driver problem

  • Yo ppl...he was doing it on purpose...didn't you see the Honda Civic under him...lol

  • Crappy offroading. If someone has some skills they know wether they make a climb or not, not desperatly trying anyway.

  • Apparently you have no idea what you are talking about. the same guy broke his drive shaft mount later that day when he was doing the same thing up a hill.

  • theres nothing wrong with that, hes open diffs, theres not enough wieght on the tires that are getting power to break anything.

  • I sure hope you don't Jeep like that. Actually, I'm pretty sure you don't Jeep at all. This guy was terrible!

  • You have no idea what your talking about, a dumbass like that is a liability on the trails, he/she the kinda of driver that rolls jeeps, killing and injuring people. And besides, thats how you snap a 35 easy. All it takes is a few well placed jars like that on a minor fracture and BOOM. instant 35 snappage. When you death bounce like that.. your going to break something if you keep going.

  • you obivously have wheeled on vancouver island before then.....pffff jeep axles who uses those, my diffs dont break really, rolling or flopping is part of wheeling you cant get around that, ive rolled my jeep 6+ times 4 of those being multiple roll overs not flops and if your stupid enough to stand on the low side or behind a jeep when wheeling well you deserve to have the truck fall on you..

  • * havent

  • what i mean is that drivers like that are careless, they think that doing the same thing over and over again without changing something and expecting a different result are dumbasses. Again, a liability. Your argument is moot. All I see is saying that people who just happen to be in the way at the wrong time deserve to die.

  • you have no exprience thats all i have to say, sure but wrong place at wrong time its fine, but ive never felt unsafe around many trucks wheeling in quite hardcore terrian

  • How are you to say I have no experience? Because I have no wheeling videos? Its not my fault I don't haul a camera around with me. I'm busy saving up money to throw d44's on it, high line fenders a 2in bb with 35 SSR's and warn 8k winch. Now, I have enough experience to say that if you wheel carefully you can really go out and wheel with a D35. But if you go out and wheel like this guy.. your bound to go break something.

  • d44s are terrible.... pff jeep guys there all the same

  • I would put an 8.8 on the rear and a 60 in the front, but i'm strapped for cash. what i really want are 2.5 ton rockwells.

  • ok now why would you put a half ton rear end matched a 1 ton front end, the lug bolt patterns arent even the same a the smart thing would to put a 60 rear or 14 bolt rear or 70 rear

  • cause i'd only be able to afford the 60 and alot of guys i know put a 8.8 on the back and are running fine.

  • your all ignorant

  • now dont get all butt hurt cause you dont wheel and your gay jeep is too barbie for anything....

  • Oh wow. Real mature jackass.

  • im only being an asshole to people who have no exprience or any clue at all what they are saying.. what you got a fucking stock jeep, you automatically know everything, i should bow to you now

  • Just because someone has a stock jeep doesnt mean they Know or not know everything. Its based on ACTUAL experience. And I'm not expecting you to bow to me. Far from it, just want you do understand that Yes, you can break shit acting like that dumbass.

  • Actually he broke his drive shaft later during this ride doing the same thing so there's definitely enough weight to break something. Luckily that jeep is 4WD so he was able to ride out on his front tires.

  • but when a tire does get traction suddenly while spinning crazy fast guess what happens alot? snap! its the same thing as spinning tires on ice then suddenly grabing the pavement....snap!
