Yeah, it does. But when you get the disc... BE CAREFUL with it. I guess it can scratch really easily. It'll work fine, just as long as your PS2 is new. (If you've had it for a few years, 4-5, The Swap Magic may only work 70% of the time.) And if you've had your PS2 for a while, And the swap magic disc doesn't work, Clean your laser lens (Inside the PS2) with an alchohol pad, then dry it. Also, you might want to remove all the dust that's inside of it with Q-tips. Yeah... It works w/ swap magic.

It hasnt been confirmed that it was a disease or a injury, and u dont puke up a sack of blood from over using the eyes lol, but the fact remains that he was not in top condition when he started that battle. I think it had somthing to do with Madara cuz early in the series he said madara was a fool and he will beat him, or somthin like that and then recently in the manga madara said to sasuke that itachi didnt want us to meet. so maybe itachi tried to kill madara.
