  • Very very nice!

  • OMG! Just had an eargasm!!

  • This music reminds me of the songs they play on bejewled 2 = freggin EPIC

  • This is an ideal music before a foreplay.

  • This is the definition of Dream music and also heals the soul....

  • many things are broken; but respect to all who have surpassed hardships using abrahamic religions or using the science of psychology... [glass half full] or half empty. let's just coexist.

but yeah, this song = incredible! <3

  • Fantastic music ,,,,I love it..

  • This piece is so goood when driving at night...thank you..:)

12 people got lost in the wind...

  • Music

    What is music?

It can be looked at as lyrics

but music is more than that

True music doesn't need the power of lyrics to lift the soul

That's the power of Ryan Farish.

I will always prefer instrumental over Lyrics.

  • why do so many people care that a dude wants to play video games?

  • otwartymi ramionami

    na parapecie życia

    moich myśli...

    --wołam w gęstej mgle

    mojej duszy

    - echo westchnienia

    Czy słyszysz?

    dotyk mojego pragnienia

    mój aniele...

  • Christianity is such a broken religion. That goes for other abrahamic faiths also. Broken.

  • @FireEmblemMaster28 spiritualism all the way man :)

  • Really beautiful tune.... Ryan exactly captured the feeling of the theme of a night wind! That's what I like the most in his creations - capture the feel and movement of the exact theme (listen to his famous Winter track and you will know what I'm talking about ;) )!

  • @CPheros Since 99.999999% of people who play video games can differentiate between them and reality without any effort, I don't see how it can be true that the mind regards them in exactly the same way. Go talk to all of the people you think are good, and note how many of them do or have played video games.

  • it reminds me of Duran Duran...nicee

  • Ryan, I have a FARISH for your music.

  • I like this.

  • Wonderful photo....superb music...THANKS.

  • so beautiful and relaxing :)

  • Cool Music!!

  • Ryan Farish.......a staple of my evening commute and at home. Really helps take the edge off a stressful day. This is one of my favorites off of his works, kinda sad/depressing though IMO.

  • Thoughts become words, words become deeds, deeds become habits. And habits define character. So think good thoughts!

  • everyone needs some sort of relaxation release, sure some say this is elevator music, so what if it may be, but i have been listening to music like this for over 25 years and it has helped me unwind, be calm in this crazy world and even lulled me to a deep sleep-so i dont care what people call this, to me its the perfect prescription!!

  • Beautiful:))

  • i should put some of these nice little tunes in my songs. were a power metal band though, so its hard.

  • Why does that look exacaly like the front cover of the book, Silverwing, except it doesn't have any ocean liners?

  • 11 people dont get on how thein flows around us

  • Im reading the highest rated comments...and I'm wondering how the hell violence was brought up during this type of music

  • @choiceisyours i was just thinking the same :) amazing concoussness expanding music =)

  • @choiceisyours actually it looks more like a confesion.

  • the music . the dream. the live you wish.

  • JUST GREAT!!!!

  • Does This music remind anyone of Dark cloud 1&2?!?

  • fucking great playlist!!!

  • Great great music

  • Its simply great

  • Comment removed

  • another piece from Ryan Farish wow i just great

  • You know you are not alone anymore when you can listen to the night winds huddled in your warm comfy fleece blanket, you are at piece with yourself, you may be alone but you are not alone when you have the sound of the night winds cascading it's sounds into your very soul.

  • If I could only see the Northern Lights listening to Ryan!!!

  • Oh, wow! Fantastic! Just the kind of music I was looking for! Thanks so much for the amazing post. You rock the house! ^_^

  • Elevator music? Uh....No. If I listened to this on an Elevator I would pass out from the pure awesome that this song is.

  • @Moonguard257 My point exactly. ^_^

  • I love Ryan's music!

  • magnifique!

  • where can i get this mp3?

  • did youtube upgrade like 5 min ago?

  • What a beautiful picture.

  • this song reminds me of dancing nymphs in northern lights.. while us humanity gaze upon the wonderful scene of magic and wonder xD

  • I'm not as huge a fan of Ryan Farish as many TWC watchers, but this is one of my favorite songs of his.

  • buena rolita!!!

  • I think people can be naturally good, but are deluded or corrupted by certain things. I am agnostic also.

  • Thanks to you I discovered Ryan Farish. What a beautiful music. Nostalgic, reflective, peaceful, meditating...there is so much more to life, there is so much more to live for...thank you for posting.

  • I totally agree with you. After hearing these types of music, you realize that you want to live on because you see the world as a beautiful place. These types of music makes me enjoy life :)

  • @lhluckystar4

This music is very inspirational. I like to paint picture when I listen to it. I spend time in my studio trying to go for w while to different world out there. Inner world of peace, tranquility and beauty :o)

  • @sheherezademe I love this music! I also paint when listening to it - among other kinds of music....Really lets my imagination go elsewhere. I imagine being in a lovely warm place, exotic, by the sea....:)

  • What does this song have to do with 9/11...Some of these comments are off tune.

  • Nice Talk. Just some of these comments alone are aggresive. Can we just all put our guards down and love one another!!

  • @Tenebrae17

why dont u shut ur cake hole and enjoy the video u piece of shit

  • ooh beatiful image and rola...chill

    SkHeNeNazsPa

  • I cannot believe these comments. So what next, are you gonna blame 9/11 on Halo 3? I mean come on, the reason people do bad things is

1.) natural CORRUPTION and innate evil

    2.) ignorance or stupidity

Most wars, etc... happen because people are sheep and blindly follow leaders or ideas (Eg. Adolf Hitler) That is why, sir, we have so much violence in this world, because we allow people who are just as flawed and corrupt as the worst of humanity to govern us. Blind leading the blind......

  • not only Northern Lights !! do you know "Letting The Cables Sleep" ? much more beat but great ! It's the group Café del Mar

  • Very kool :}

  • Great song btw :)

  • I play tons of violent video games and watch loads of violent movies yet I'm not violent in the least. You can find me at church fundraisers, you can find me in the back yard playing fetch with my dog, and you can find me murdering hundreds of people on a computer screen. I'm 6'2 and almost 200 lbs but I've only physically hurt someone once, and that was in necessary self defense.

  • @WinS392 Me: loves to see zombies be sliced in half when playing Left4dead2 or go and run people over in GTA4 but i im not voilent at all... never truelly punched sumone or waas punched...... i prefer to read, draw and just watch nature....

  • @WinS392 Thats great, but i bet if you would stop playing those violent games you would feel better

  • @Eeriekid Better? How? I'd be boreder, that's about it. I don't feel any "better" when I have to put video games aside for weeks because of travel or studying, so: bet lost.

  • @WinS392 Just Keep telling yourself that. and "boreder"...yeah, not a word.

  • @Eeriekid You've still yet to tell me what you're talking about. Oh, and you forgot to capitalize.

  • @WinS392 I first wanna say thats great. Second i wanna say that was more random to read then the stoner who came up to me and gave me a high five the busted out laughing then played dead. Of course me saying that is pretty random.. Oh well.

  • @WinS392 good on you, people like you need to stand up for themselves instead of being pigeonholed. Personally I think the idea of TV and video games influencing young people is a total load of rot, if soeone's is going to do bad stuff they will do it whehter or not the TV or a video game influences them to do something.

  • @WinS392 and why are you saying this?

  • @JesusGodHolySpirit3 Look at the comments from a year ago and you'll understand.

  • @WinS392 I'm with you, mate. Almost in the exact same boat, I'm actually one of the most loved people in my High School :P

  • @WinS392

    Umm, how is this related?

  • @WinS392 Similar with me. :D

  • @WinS392 and whats this have to do with the music?

  • @dumbasffff did you look at the comments from last year that my comment was addressing? Didn't think so.

  • @WinS392 i agree about computer games violence but some time you wanted to kill some one cuz you are angry but you cant cuz the fear of the law you will go to jail you have a family you think about them

but in the world crime is increasing and very fast

the really thing which makes you stop is religion the true religion

    good deeds=heaven

    bad deeds=hell

there is not a single verse in holy koran which is against humanity and sorry for my bad english

  • @WinS392

I have to wonder why you get enjoyment out of seeing other people get hurt? Going to church doesn't make you a christian.

  • @wodiej Who told you I get enjoyment from seeing people hurt? You do realize that nothing on a computer screen is alive? I accept Jesus as my savior. That is what makes me a Christian.

  • Wonderful music, Ryan!

  • Try "Northern Lights" by Lux. A bit more upbeat if that's your style.

  • yea that song is one of my favorites but um do you know any similar songs?

  • Try these...

    1. Ulrich Schnauss - Nothing Happens in June

    2. Ulrich Schnauss - Make Sense and Loose (Ulrich Remix)

    More upbeat...

    3. Vibrasphere - Manzanilla

    4. Virapshere - Late Winter Storms

  • i used to live in canada i loved the Northern lights and i still do. this is a nice song. But this kinda reminds me of elevator music. dont you think?

  • @serinitylovers123 yes, because some people are claustrophobic, so the music purpose is to tame them :) I like this music for when I am getting a massage done or a facial..it is so relaxing...

  • @serinitylovers123 the begining yes but towards the end its to entense for elevator music

  • @serinitylovers123 The best kind of elevator music. =)

  • @serinitylovers123 U say this reminds you of elevator music as if there's something wrong with elevator music. I hope that's not the case.

  • Kallineon is correct.

    Awesome music btw.

  • agree with Kallineon. it's about the ability to not only ingest the information, but to digest it in a proper manner. the younger the person is the weaker is this ability. as well as people with more negative experience tend to be skewed towards pesimisst views. we are everything what our experience has made us to be, and parents play a huge role in that. consider feral children, they are people and still their perceptions are not human

  • ...that they will spoiled their children and made of them impossible complexed persons who will never be happy in life. everything is in head, and everything is in your creativity. creativity and respect to your spirit and body make of you better person.

  • ok, may I say something. I listen black metal which is very agressive music ,I trained wu-shu( something like kung-fu) I writing a novels and I produced ambiental music. And I am far of violent acting. It's not about violent music, movies, internet or games, It's about level of intelligency. I might be very violent, but Im not. I just see what is the best way to spare live energy on things which have sense in all shapes

  • PositiveChillout i love you you have an amazing taste of music.

  • Is this song on a cd of his? I can't seem to find it. The older I get I tend to like to listen to music such as this! Also Tina Turner's new cd "Beyond" is very soothing. If anyone could help me find the cd to this I would be very grateful :)

  • THIS MUSIC HAS A POWER! i love this!

  • this music is so mystic

  • "Night Wind" is currently in Weather Channel's nighttime playlist for May 2009, check it out!

  • hah i knew this from somewhere

  • i hardly get boners from sexuality. when it happens, it's really something big!

  • his songs are so calming...

  • I KNOW, EXCELLENT MUSIC.

  • it is so addictive, the image is nice too, sounds like a party in the night wind at a beach.

  • Sounds like weather channel music =D! Good song though.

  • Love the electric guitar in this.

  • tuno tununununununu tuno tununununu

  • Must have been inspired by Enigma

  • I agree. I sensed that immediately.

  • first thing that came in my mind was Enigma

  • my girl friend has this on her ipod

    peace from scotland

  • this guy seriously deserve more fame and fortune.

  • i like this song so much

  • if anyone has the e-mail of this great composer please send me by message

  • What is it that makes this kind of music so enjoyable?

  • Because all you have to do is sit back, relax and let it play in the back of your mind :)

  • i love ryan farish

    his songs rok

  • rock is too loud and not peaceful

  • I couldn't agree with you more.

  • so calm

  • reminds me of the music in cabal online <_<

  • makes me wanna bang a chick from behind...

  • lmfao...random as hell...

  • Hahah. That Made Me Giggles.

    XxXx

  • aha omg yes!!

  • it's funny, anywhere else and you'd get 6 thumbs down etc, but the music's so nice so everyone just agrees...

  • You're right, it's funny, any other video and people would be thumbs down all the way.

  • This is how people act when they're calm and peaceful ...in a calm and peaceful manor. A lot of the mainstream media out there is so hectic and promotes sex, anger, hate, drugs, etc. So the people act that way ....for instance those who play video games, watch violent movies/tv shows. If music promotes violence, people act negatively ....if music promotes peace and oneness, the listeners will act that way. :)

  • i agree with you for the first part, but for the part of the music and video games, i have to disagree. i play the most violent video games and listen to hardcore rap music, but also i listen to this kind of music and japanese beautiful music and im a very calm person.

  • then you're the exception to the rule, which there always is. Its actually proven that people who listen to music or watch movies/tv that are very violent, and thats all they listen to and watch, are more likely to act out violently. These days, you can't even go to a movie theater without getting advertisements about the latest violent video game that's being released, even when its a kid's movie. When younger people go out and do violent things these days, I'm truly not surprised.

  • violent kids = look at the parents.

  • yes and no with that one, because my brother was a very violent kid and my parents weren't at all that way. In some cases, yes that is ....but there have been studies done that proved violent video games, tv, and movies have influenced young children. I learned that in my college psychology courses ..we watched a video of the actual study in one of them. So yes there are other aspects to it ...each person/family has a different situation. However, you definitely can't rule that out.

  • yea i guess it takes everything to make the world we live in!

  • You are wrong. The music, games, and the television are not the cause. Violent people have a predisposition to it and they are attracted to likewise to find release.

What HAS been proven is that in areas where violent gamers, etc, are prevalent, there is a much lower crime rate.

  • Actually, what I wrote is very true. Like I said, in a couple of my psychology courses in college we saw actual video of kids playing violent video games, then allowed to go outside and play. They were violent while playing ...this was all shot with hidden cams so the kids never knew it was even being filmed. So there is truth to what I had wrote.

  • Uh, no. How old were these "children", might I ask?

  • 11, 12 years old. From what I remember from it, they were middle school age.

and you may feel I'm "wrong" ...but I'm sticking with my opinion because I've seen it in person as well. Kids listening to hip hop, playing violent video games and watching violent tv shows ...or shows like Family Guy which utilize horrible stereotypes and such. Then they go out and act out almost exactly what they just saw on tv or in the video game.

  • I dont believe kids have a predisposition ...its how they're raised and what they're exposed to. No one is born to be that way or are naturally that way.

  • No one is born that way. It highly depends on how they are raised and how they are taught to cope and perceive things. When video games remain in the video game realm, theres nothing wrong with that. When it is taken out of the realm of fantasy, there is a problem. It's not the games, the music, or the movies. It's something wrong with the kid who is taking fantasy and trying to make it reality.

  • In nature some people are more susceptible to outside influence than others. For example some people can be hypnotised, some can't.

A kid could watch a movie, see an ad, play a game then want to act on it but those cases are few and far between and probably only represent that percentage that can be influenced.

You have to have a predisposition, otherwise the millions of kids out there who do play violent game would cause riots - but they dont.

    Remember, violence came before videogames.

  • My boyfriend is a wonderful person. He plays some really violent games, however. Some I don't even care to watch. My nephew too, he plays a lot of games and he's 11-12 and playing games like God of War and Grand Theft Auto and all of those, but he's a really good kid. He doesn't replicate anything in the games or the movies at all. Neither of them do. So I apologize if that is what you sincerely want to assume of those people.

  • do u mean gears of war

  • That is where you are wrong. Humanity is corrupt in it's very nature. People's aggression has NOTHING to do with tv or video games. back in medieval times, when some of the most brutal violence happened, was there anything even similar to a tv? and music honestly?? I listen to insane death metal (whitechapel etc) and ive never been in a fight, or hurt anyone for that matter. People do bad things and act violently because it is HUMAN NATURE. We have always been a corrupt race, go read the bible

  • Well sorry I'm not christian so I don't buy into that mind set that we are all corrupt ...and the bible is full of contradicting bullshit.

  • you miss my point. I was only using the bible as an example. I think 90% of religion is pure hypocrisy. I do not get my idea that humanity is corrupt from religion, but from history and just observation. You cannot argue with facts, and historical, documented facts show that humanity is a corrupted race. If you wish to debate this further, find some facts (from a reliable source) that disprove this.

  • nice music

  • I love it! I always listen to night wind. make me feel ralexing. like peace so much. I alway create the pic in my mind. really loving.

  • I LOVE IT <3

  • Wow!!!
