There's only 55 Poes presented in this guide because they are the OPTIONAL Poes. There are 5 Poes you MUST get to beat the game - you get the first Poe when you meet Jovani and he lets you into the waterway below Hyrule (this is after you beat the Lakebed Temple). The other 4 Poes are the large ghostly spirits you fight in the Arbiter's Grounds to light up the four torches.

The Cave of Ordeals is the place where the Great Fairy is. You can enter it in Gerudo Mesa: When you warp there, just turn around and you'll see a hole with some stairs, go down there and.. well, you'll see for yourself :)

I finished the game at around 125 hours over the course of 8 months on and off but i still have to collect all the poe souls-have 48 so far-finish the hidden skills,and figure out how to get this chest outside castletown-its up on a tower with a rope connecting it to the castle wall,there is a spinner rail running ajacent to it,i got the one in the fountain not far from it already. I gave Agitha all her bugs and got the large wallet which holds a 1000 rupees...contd..

Apparently you have to do the cat challenge, and then the poe will appear right after you get the heart piece...I get the heart piece...no poe

Did you went into the cave at lake Hylia? Also try reading a walkthrough. I had the same problem as well. I wasn't able to find two poes until I read a walkthrough (from a boardroom) that helped me find them.

Also it would help to know which poe you already have.
