@RawDownUnder Oh cool! I am 16 and I plan on getting one of the 5200s. I love you it can make raw peanut butter and make raw ice cream from just frozen fruit.
Nice channel I subscribed nice superfood shake there, the best ingredient the milk you used. The only thing i'd advise is switching to reverse osmosis filtered water or artisian waters. Good Luck wih your business. I will be check out your products too.
I always wondered why most raw foodists make smoothies. I'd rather eat than drink. (BTW, by coincidense, I was eating 4 bananas while I watched this video). And if you take a bunch of natural(raw) foods and mix them together, it's no longer natural.
But I beleive in one step at a time. And you're in the middle of a big step.
I also think if we "Mono" eat, we more easily influence others because they see that it can be easy.
I so love love LOVE your energy. I totally fell off the wagon *smacks face* And I feel it.TOTALLY.Even though I am back on. I feel horrible. Physically and emotionally. It's been a bad couple of days...I'll do a video response when I don't look like crap.
Since I've been COMPLETELY into raw and convicted, loving it...people don't try to argue with me anymore. But mainly because I feel there's no arguing to be done. So true--it's in your aura. People tell me now, "you must be doing something right because you look fantastic!"
By the way, how do you make cashew butter?? MMmmm looks delish!!
we used a blender, and just cashews and water, but the best way to do it is with a proper masticating juicer for nut butter, that way you don't need to add water.
What do you mean? I should put the cashews in my juicer, I have 3HP, but won't the cashews damage it. I am definitely going to try it. Honestly u make a lot of sense, that is essentially how they make peanut butter u know. Do you warm the water first?
Thank u for the great vids and being so inspirational.
I don't personally recommend distilled water, although there is some argument for the drinking of it. I much prefer to get water as clean and natural as possible, i.e. unprocessed. Spring water or soak water would be better.
I opened my first whole durian this morning and had half of a fresh pineapple, and then I did some yoga, then I taught 4 classes of English to Korean kids, then I came home, and downloaded Skype, and now I'm going to bed! Thursdays are pretty boring.
The durian was great! Apart from the garlic/custard flavor, there was a strong raw honey taste as well, which I loved! That made it better than the frozen I had last week. Of course, the origin of both was Thailand
Hey Therese, I'm assuming you soak the raw cashews, yes? How long does the butter stay good for?

Cashews are heated to 200 degrees, not sure how good they are?

what kind of water should I drink. I heard the body distills water when you drink it so the best water to drink is distilled so what should I do?
