USC only won one National Championship this decade in 2004. The winner of the BCS Championship is the National Champion despite what any whiners in the AP say. In 2003, LSU won the National Championship and USC finished second.

K, I am cool with the whole rivalry thing. But in Terrelle's defense, he is not a crybaby. He takes losses hard because he tries to carry the world on his shoulders out there and feels like he let his team down. He didn't. OSU's loss was a team effort. Plus, give him a break. This was his 6th start as a freshman against one of the elite teams in the country.
I'd like to see PSU win the natl title. I'm a Pennsylvania guy myself, but since PSU has been mediocre, I havn't gotten the chance.

Hey retard, I didn't get to watch the game, but from Sportscenter and other highlight shows, the turning point of that game was a muffed punt by Ohio. Last time I checked, a muffed punt isn't something the defense causes. The only person responsible for the muffed punt is the punt returner. Ohio might possibly win that game if not for the muffed punt. We'll never find out, but barely getting by fucking ohio and given 5 turnovers is just pathetic.

Ya Sanchez is no Leinart or Palmer, but he's shown he can play and lead that team. Like every year, the Trojans are stacked with talent even though they lose a lot to the NFL. They have two first round linebackers in Maulauga and Cushing. Brazelton is the main target, with a stable of RBs. USC is stacked with talent.

Ya I hate ties too, but when you have a bullshit BCS system that continues to put overrated Ohio State or overrated Oklahoma(circa couple of years ago) in the Title game and leave much more deserving teams out, your going to have special circumstances where it's only right for a shared champion. And there's no playoff to determine how good a team really is. You can say what you want. but USC deserved to be named National Champions in 03.

USC only won one National Championship this decade in 2004. The winner of the BCS Championship is the National Champion despite what any whiners in the AP say. In 2003, LSU won the National Championship and USC finished second.

Ya I agree, I believe that the National Title game winner should be declared the National Champion. Unfortunately, the BCS computers tend to put teams that aren't that good in the Title Game. This is why it's only fair to have some kind of "shared title", especially if the #1 team loses in the Title game and considering USC was ranked #1 in the coaches poll. People can say what they want, but that's how it worked out.
