This song came out when I was living in Dublin, Ireland and was very homesick for the U.S.. It was very apt to the constant overcast and pissing rain weather. I too played this album until it disintegrated. Love it!
This song was the soundtrack to end of my first relationship! I've haven't heard it in 10 years and it still gives me poise for sentiment! Christ, music can hit you with memories long forgotten! All Hail Catatonia!
@whygothic Same situation for me. Luckily I found an old rip I made of it using Windows Media Player 7 that used some crazy form of encoding that left me with a 54kbps that doesn't sound half bad!!
easy Ive been playig this for years!! a great acoustic party piece!! C...with middle finger of n on for four bars then G ...F ...all the way my friend ...work with it!!!
This is the kind of song that whisper into your heart, and makes you feel sad but better at the same time, then you realize that life is pure melancholy and you cant do nothing about, but enjoy it. My favorite song from international velvet. Definitly, part of the soundtrack of my life.
Does anybody know what the strumming pattern is please?

It's amazing reading all the memories that people have attatched to this song. They were a genuinely stunning band in their time. <3
