@justreggie100 - No, I use a Wacom Intuit 3 tablet. Painting with a mouse would be like trying to paint with a potato in your hand :) The digital tablet allows you to paint as though you were holding a brush or a pencil when painting or drawing. I cannot recommend it more. They are pricey, but if you're just starting out, a Wacom Bamboo is a great way to start. I hope you try it out; once you do, you'll never go back to using a mouse...
Wow! I like how you show how to bring in a photo to Photoshop, reduce the opacity so that you can trace it on a new layer, and then use it as a guide for the entire painting! What a great idea - better than what Corel Painter X offers. Great work - I checked out your other stuff; really talented guy. I subscribed for more!
Honest work by a talented artist. The eyes have a sparkle and the mouth is executed realistically. Skin tones are reflective and the presentation of the end portrait is interesting and begs for more. Great job. I'd like to see more...
i do digital painting too..but i'm not trace a picture..just drew a simple sketch 1st then colour the sketches..

Unfortunately, I do not know her by name. I found her photo on a Google search for "beautiful faces" over a year ago. Hope you find her!

Another amazing job! Not only is your work brilliant, but your selection of subjects is second to none. Who is this model?

This is a Chinese model from a magazine I scanned while living in Shanghai last year. I don't know her name; sorry...
