Hey Vash, I found this fix to stop fallout new vegas from freezing.

This generally happens because newer games use a compressed R-9 memory chip which windows 7 wasn't originally meant to process. To bypass this issue you need to delete system32 from your computer system, this will let the new generation of games to work properly on your PC. Thumbs up so Vash can see this and thank you :]

You can actually capture the sniper and a few other people. Then make them slaves and keep them down in a locked cage type thing with collars on their necks. It's horrible but I learned it from another vid. You can also keep Penny...worth or whatever his name is.
