Isn't everybody starting to wise up to the fact that the powers in Whitehall have been planning this degeneration of everyones income for some time now, due to public and press power we have seen politicians locked up on mass, do you really think that the powers that be were going to let public power progress, we're already seeing the results, we're all getting too busy surviving to sit back, think and ask questions. We haven't had a true working class in the UK for too long but it's coming.

I had 3 appeals and won all 3! , first one was with CAB, last 2 by myself I have a new medical this week a sure fail! I will win my next appeal in about a year and get my money back dated, treat all the staff at your medical as if you are a prisoner of war, remember their not your friends their mission is to get you off the sick and fuck your life up so they can make some money out of your misery.

Appeal its your money, the goverment will only beg India or some other country to take it so they can look good in front of their Euro friends, even though India said it did not need the money, our goverment officials begged them to take it, so dont feel guilty of appealing do it, also if you have a medical phone up and say your sick and ask for another apointment, if not at my first tribrunal they said you managed to keep your first apointment ok, something else they use aganist you.

It's amazing how much the DWP is paying out to ATOS let alone the Tribunal Service. They don't hear these cases out of the goodness of their hearts. I went to my tribunal on Friday after living on fresh air for months. The Tribunal Service paid for a taxi for me costing £70.00. I understand that they will pay for hotels, if needs be. It's BONKERS! I won, by the way and am back in the Support Group. I'll probably be back at ATOS soon with more money going from the Treasury. It's criminal.

Ive won 2 appeals, its worth appealing because the company that does the medicals are pure cunts who make money by knocking sick people off esa and putting them on the lower rate jobseekers allowense even though theres no jobs. so appeal and cost them more money and you will have all your money back dated.

they know some people dont appeal so appeal and get what you deserve!

I used to work p/t cleaning and could no longer manage. I am 42yrs old and my condition is getting worse the older i get and been suffering for years. I have Osteoarthritis and Spondylosis. I'me in such a state with worry for myself and my family so we have food and a roof over our head, i feel so sorry for my little girl, i cannot give her treats as other parents do. It is not my fault i am in this position. No wonder there is so much crime in the UK because of the change in benefits. MADNESS!

i was born disabled i left school disabled, i worked untill my disability become too painfull to work, after many opperations(im 58 now had last one in 2008) i had my WCA with an an ATOTS "DOCTOR" I am now 100% fit. by the way i have cerebrl pulsy affecting my legs and i have back spasms

@FirecrestFilms it would be a good idea to heavily investigate why its taking so long for the goverment to come clean as to what a huge waste of tax payers money THE WORKPROGRAMME is, along with them justifying how many real adult paying jobs are being found for the 2 . something million. We have a cheap wage culture, and one which is forcing people to remain on benefits when we have a goverment from mars who think an adult can pay bills rent etc on £6.08p per hr.let them try it.

I aggree. I've got apsergers syndrome and tourettes and was always sacked from every job I ever had gotarrested regularly because of my conditions playing up, and was put on disability benefits in 1998 wehen I was diagnosed with both aspergers and tourettes. I took my medical records to the assessment and the guy didn't even look at them, and the report he wrote to the DWP was a complete fabrication of the truth, lies from start to finish, and my benefits all cut.
