There is no difference in Locomotive Engine in both trains ,

both trains use same 3000 Horse Power Diesel Engine.

most of the trains even Shalimar Express is almost same caliber in speed

it is just the standard of the train is different and stations ( Stops ) are less to cover approx 1585km in less time . exact time given to each train is 18 hours but delay gets, due to specially this single track in punjab.

There is a lot that the Pakistan Trains are still to decipher from Indian Railways system. We may not have the best trains like French TGV or Japanese Bullet trains, but as an INDIAN i love the INDIAN RAILWAYS. Its one of the most efficient mode of transport which i as an Indian love to travel, if given a chance and choose it even over a flight. Look at our PALACE ON WHEELS, DECCAN ODYSSEY, SHATABDHI AND RAJDHANI. They have so much more amenities then Pakistan Trains. God Bless Pakistan Trains.

Tis clip is very good but why do you curse Indians. There is no comparison. Our railway tracks are far better which is evident from the way this train is swaying and shaking. All the trunk routes have double tracks.. no such rattling sounds while changing track like in your clip. Please do come to Delhi once and you will be convinced. By the way, all the superfast trains on Delhi-Mumbai and Delhi-Howrah tracks have speed above 120 km per hour. Anyhow ,thanks for the good clip.

Visit pakistan and look out for the road networks.. Motorway M1, M2, M3, M8, M9, National highways are far better then ur road networks. Pakistan is manufacturing Engines since 15 years and we have bought cars from china too, while keeping our defense army.

Transportation Thank a million that Pak China friendship is stronger than anything else since 2002 and uptill now we have been importing new cars and changing tracks, due to which currently 120kmph is max but after replacing tracks we will be able to travel 160 to 200kmph, hopefully in near future.

About the train you wanted to know which country trains are imported. Now engines are made in pakistan and cars are very old 1935

a little history about indo pak train ( these trains were used for army purpose only, after countries were formed they are in public use and we dont get to see Army Trains in Pakistan nor India. New cars are getting import from China. which can cruise at 110 to 125kmph max. but our track is not fesible for this speed yet they are old.

This video is excellent, runs sounds are clear. Also try and understand that its not the mud sound, its the sound of air resistance while travelling at high speeds.
