stop discussing politics here, that's sick of you, this is a tribute to a fallen hero. Men like Sgt. Holtom are the reason why we are free. Never forget the sacrifice they willfully give in order to guarantee peace in the US.
Whoever posted this, I wanted to say thank you for posting this. For those of us that have been overseas, sometimes these videos are the last contact we have with our buddies.
This is so sad and it brought tears to me eyes quick. My dad is in the military and will be deploying soon again. We need to see things like this more often to remind uf of how lucky we are to still have out loved ones. we take so many things for granted everyday. May God bless you and be with you.
Wow I am in tears after watching this slideshow. It was very touching and moving. I know it is of little help, but thank you to the family of SGT Holtom and to the families of all our fallen soliders. We live in the land of the free because of YOUR brave. Thank you and God Bless the USA

Man, one day i'm going to leave Sweden, and go to the US, And when that day comes, im thankful that there are guys like SGT Holtom, that keeps USA, Free, and safe until the beautiful day when i arrive...
I am proud of your brother. For what he has sacrificed for his country. I joined the Army National Guard on Sept 21 2007. Im only 17 and I already chose to be Infantry. I leave to Ft. Benning Ga. June 3rd. And again I am proud of your brother. Im proud of all military service people.
