There is no distinction made at all between civilians and non-civilians. It's obvious to all that the killing is OK as long as those being killed are non-muslims.

I've been tested and I'm HIV negative. Lots of gays don't even have sex that often they just do foreplay to reduce the risk. The Old law is harsh, but all thse was revoked by Jesus, who OPENLY contradicted many of these teachings (stoning women, even the "eye for an eye" morality). The final word in morality is Jesus. First is says ALL christians worship Jesus (which is true), and then it says the same, using the same words, for Ezra and the jews. Besides, no historical proof whatsoever exists that Ezra was worshiped, at any time. So Muhamad was wrong and didn´t even understand judaism properly.
