He uses a Dimebag Signature Guitar, and I'm pretty sure he has the Cry Baby from Hell pedal.

But if you really want to sound like Dime, try putting some Bill Lawrence Humbuckers in a guitar with a Locking tremolo, get the Cry Baby from Hell pedal, and then (when it comes out) get the Dime Blacktooth Head.

And of course learn dime's style and you'll sound nearly exactly like him.
