Hi Ross, one question I have is regarding your method of mounting brackets in the ceiling joists to attach your suspension straps. I am considering basic "Eye Bolts" which have 2" of course threads designed for wood like that of lag screws. The bolts are rated for 350lbs each, but Im not certain about the wood joists themselves. I wont ask "Will this work", but I would like to ask how you've done yours. Thanks!
@mtbkbmt - Could possibly work. I've had success with swing hangers (intended for outdoor swing sets). I do drill into the wood however and have not had any problems.
I do weight training for 2 years. Now I want to start making your workouts. I'm going to do 3 medicine ball and 2 sandbag. Which weights should I have?
Very nice except for the part where pvc makes chlorine gas (which is very poisonous) if it is heated too hot. I am not giving advice on what temperature and how long to do it, because I don't want to help anyone make chlorine gas if they do it wrong. I'm not trolling, i'm just saying, go do research on pvc.
what would be the difference between suspension trainer and gymnastic ring? Is there any different benefit ? Seems pretty much the same... Thanks for your answer !!

@seand11 - Yes, I'm still lean. I haven't gained weight in a while however. I don't pay attention to weight though. When I was a young fighter, I had my share of weight cuts and saunas. Now that I'm older, I have no concern over gaining size. As for doing things differently, I always am, as I'm always looking for new challenges. For example, I spend a lot more time deadlifting now. I enjoy the exercise and like the new/different challenge.
@rossenamait I realy enjoy deadlifting too, I ride my bike when its warm, now that its cooling off I am getting back into doing complexes and kettelbell training
Great Awesome, thanks a lot

@Bowyerma - You'd certainly want the area well ventilated with fresh air (when doing any burning, heating, melting, etc.).

can i use a miscrowave instead? as i dont have an owen
casketofdog 3 months ago
@casketofdog - I've never tried. I honestly don't know how it would work.
rossenamait 3 months ago
@casketofdog Nope, it won't work.
Microwave works as it sends out a wave which gets the water molecules "shake".
Please don't try it.

This was more useful for me than I thought it could ever be
You should change the name to "Gymnastic rings (or handles for else)"
Thanks!
