u have to stay centerd over your board... (use your head... look at down at your feet your head should be where the front bolts are) if your head and shoulders are to far back the board is going to push out forward (thus your back foot will not be able to land on the board...) if your head is Too far forward your bard will go behind u and your front foot will land infront of the board... make sure u jump up with ur board to most people who r just learning forget that u have to go WITH the board

@Sobiguitar - When you flick the board, try to flick it more outwards of the board, like that means you're flicking too much to the middle of the board, try to do a more outward motion. That happened to me a lot and it took me about a week to spot the problem.

@Sobiguitar u have prolly learned kickflip since u posted that comment since it was a year ago, but if u havent then try putting ur front foot more towards the edge of ur board. instead of more in the middle. cuz if u have ur foot more in the middle ur foot will catch and it will shoot it forward. if ur front foot is on the edge, u wont pop them that high but u will be able to control them. thats how i learned to do them....

i try to explaine in english cause im swedish! if you spin bs when you flip its because its the only way to ceep he board under your body cause your backfoot pop it in an angle instead of rigth down! try to pop it backwards! If you spin fs when you flip it...well then i dont know!

are u kicking out or down? cuz if ure kicking down tht means ure kicking mongo. thts wat my friend told me when i flicked down. when u flick down, and the board rotates, ure front foot wont have much time to get out of the way of the board, and the board will just hit ure foot. thts prob. y ure front foot goes under ure board. try this, try holding something like handrails or something, and try doing a kickflip like tht. and try flicking out, so u can see how u need to flick it, i do tht too.
