@ZuiGe Those button caps have a little play in them that let them twist a little. You can twist them and line them up and they stay that way until they are twisted again. But the play is only a few degrees I just hadn’t noticed they weren’t lined up when I made the video. They are straight now.

what amps do you use and where do you get them

@Dportch3Productions I use sure 2w 2channel class d amp boards from Parts Express. I had trouble with the last batch I ordered but after looking, I still have not found a better amp and the rest I ordered have worked well. I say in the video that I am not using them anymore but other than buying a $50 set of computer speakers and using the amp out of them, which sucks and is a waste of money, I have not found any better.

Thanks for the reply. I found both videos. I tried my hand at corner making in metal shop class today. It was a b**** to do. I will work at it but if all else fails could I buy corners off you? I'd prefer to make the rest of the case as it is part of the fun.

can't wait to see the new site! looks great I am trying to build one myself however the case is very hard for me as I do not have a saw and I do not have brazing rods. So I have to take one piece and bend it with a vice grip and hammer. Takes a long time but I am getting there. Then I have to get the monitor and amp.
