I actually don't count the times I eat everyday. I keep it to a proper meal every 3 hours. You're right about starting early.... Start trainging, learn the techniques, then go heavy as shit. Eat like crazy and you'll do great.

Going back into Ed Coan's 12 week program starting next Monday. That program is the shit. Made me jump the last 10-15 lbs to reach 405. If you're interested I'll send you the link to the program.

It was a pretty comfortable 1 rep max too...I think you can do another 5lbs to 10lbs.
