It never ceases to amaze me how the executives at Dodge could think that today's Challenger and Charger are improvements to the ones that were produced in the late 60's and early 70's. The new ones are laughable in comparison.

By the way, I purchased a Dodge Charger SE "new" in '73.

To this day, it is the best car I have ever owned.

The exec's at Ford and Chevrolet finally realized the error of their ways with the Mustang and the Camaro. Hopefully the exec's at Dodge will wake up too

I personally like Chip Foose's collection of rims for muscle cars but if you're going to pull it off you need to do a custom paint job as well. Having a stock look on a muscle car with aftermarket rims dont cut it. (easy exp: eleanor mustang)

It isn't just there for looks. If you think about it instead of write stupid comments. It is a pro touring car and if you look it had big brake calibers to stop. I don't know if any of you guys have looked at the requirements for the brakes but they only fit inside 17 inch rims or bigger. So it isn't messing it up. They actually got better gas mileage then 5, they got about 14-17 depending on the gear ratio and the transmission. The stock 426 Hemi with a 3 speed auto and 4.10 gears would get 5mpg.
