"Habeebi ya nour el ein" means

Habeebi = love

ya = oh

nour = light

el = the

ein = eye

If you translate it literally it doesn't make sense, it's supposed to mean something like "Oh my love of the eye", something like that, I don't speak fluent arabic really.
