  • this is amazing. and i just thoght rocks were just things you always see on the floor outside, now im going to look at them ina whole new way. Only soe of the rocks you could tell it wasn't real, but overall it was great.

  • i love rock collecting! i have like a BILLION rocks. i go on a trip with my grandma every year and i get a rock from every place. this year it was california.

  • yeah.. thats why you boil them for an hour first so they go soft and the properties that keep the rock together and give it its strength and solidity reform themselves to make the rock edible and more digestible than their original form.

  • if you boil rocks for about an hour then microwave them for like 10 minutes you can eat them and they're heaps good for your liver and stomach

  • Your microwave might explode, because water boiling inside the rock will cause it to rupture.

  • I saw a guy on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson years ago. probably more than twenty years ago, and he had the same thing going, I seem to recall he was also featured on 60 minutes but I'm not totally sure about that. The one thing that I remember sticking out in my mind was that he had a brandi snifter filled with what looked like roasted peanuts but were in actuality kidney stones.

  • I use to pick up rocks when I was a kid. One of them squished in my hand...turned out to be duck poop. I called it the "Icky Rock".
